At UGG Since 1974, we take pride in our handcrafted Australian-made products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for exchange or store credit on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your UGG boots in their original packaging, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel via a trackable shipping service to our Gold Coast workshop; once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or credit.
